Older or dissolved companies can lack an Eircode
The Eircode field was introduced in 2014 and is populated for newer registrations and recently-updated entities. Older or dissolved companies may have a null eircode.
New filings can take a day to appear
The CRO Open Data Portal publishes a daily snapshot. Filings submitted today may not be reflected in the API response until the next daily refresh.
Full company filings require separate access
This capability returns the structured register record only. Document-level filings (memorandums of association, annual return forms, etc.) require a separate paid lookup at core.cro.ie.
