Limitations

Unauthenticated rate limit is 60 requests/minute per IP
The Slovak RPO API limits anonymous traffic to 60 requests per minute per IP. Sustained higher throughput requires registering for authenticated access with ŠÚ SR.
Status is derived, not explicit
Status is derived rather than explicitly published: it is active only when the current address, legal form and identifier records are all open, and inactive otherwise. Name changes do not affect this assessment.
Each company lookup uses two registry requests
Each IČO lookup uses two RPO requests, so the 60-request-per-minute allowance supports at most 30 company lookups per minute.
